It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure that all the correct details are entered into Company Internet forms and submitted or given to the Company´s representative at the time of purchase. The Company´s representative shall use standard phonetics to refer to combinations requested by the Purchaser.

Persuant to section 13 © of the Consumer Proctection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (Statutory Instrument 200 No.2334) no cancellations are accepted once your order has been placed be that by internet, telephone or through the mail. Subsequently there is no "cooling off period", the transaction cannot be reversed and no refund can be given.

A full refund will only be given provided that the failure is through no fault of the Purchaser but by the Company. The Company´s liability is strictly limited to a full refund only and no claims for damages; interest on monies paid or any other expenses shall be entertained.

Breakaway tackle maintains strict physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to protect user´s personal information from unauthorised or inappropriate access. Workers, affiliates and business partners who misuse a user´s personal information are subject to legal or disciplinary actions.

Delivery, Post and Packing

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail or larger orders by Interlink express to be signed for and the Company cannot accept responsibility for delays or errors caused by the postal system, third party carriers or electronic mail.

If your order is damaged or defective you must return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Before returning your order you must contact the Company for a returns number.
